The Consulate of Colombia in Bilbao published the notice for the mobile consulate in Logroño. No publication date appears on the page, so we use 14 October as the reference date, the day when, according to the notice, appointments open. Service will be in the Conference Room of Logroño City Hall (Avenida de la Paz, 11). Hours: on 20 October from 10:00 to 18:00, on the 21st from 09:00 to 18:00 and on the 22nd from 09:00 to 14:30. Procedures: passport, signature recognition (powers of attorney), minor's exit permit, declaration of single status (for marriage or partnership) and proof of life (to collect a pension).
