Enrolment is open for COOPLAB Cádiz, according to an announcement dated 15 September 2026: 18 free places for women, from September to December. The Consulate of Colombia in Seville shared it, but the programme is run by the cooperative DISMOV with the Diputación de Cádiz, and the announcement sets no deadline.
What changes for you today
Nothing changes in the rules or procedures: it is the offer of a programme, not a law. If you are a woman, live in Cádiz province and fit the profile (long-term unemployed, single-mother family or wanting to start a business), there are 18 free places. Requirements, timetable and contact: in the COOPLAB Cádiz card.
What happened
On 15 September 2026 the consulate published on its website that enrolment was opening. The programme is called "COOPLAB Cádiz: Lanzadera IMPULSA" and is run by DISMOV, an Andalusian social-innovation cooperative, with money from the Provincial Council of Cádiz. The consulate makes clear that independent bodies run the activity and that it only shares the news to inform.
How it works now
Enrolment is by online form and has no published deadline. On 29 September 2026 the form was still accepting responses. According to the dossier, September is the month when the 18 women are selected, in coordination with Social Services and women's centres, so the window may be short. Profile and contents: in the card.
What changes
No rule or legal requirement changes. What is new is the offer: four months of workshops, mentoring and a test bed for selling on a small scale, free and only for women. The source mentions no financial aid, wage or grant, and does not promise a job or that the business will work.
What happens next
According to the dossier, October is for business-model workshops, November for tests in the real market and December for closing, with an individual roadmap towards a micro-cooperative or a job. There are no dates for a new call.
What you can do
- If you fit the profile: fill in the form and ask DISMOV whether places remain. Phone and email: on the consulate page.
- If you live outside the province or are unsure your legal situation fits: ask before you sign up, because the source says nothing about residence or work permits.
- If you are a migrant woman and want another employment pathway, even in other cities: CEPAIM's SARA programme.
