In short: Free entrepreneurship programme for women in Cádiz: COOPLAB Cádiz ("Lanzadera IMPULSA") runs from September to December 2026 with 18 places, organised by the cooperative DISMOV and funded by the Provincial Council of Cádiz. It is only for women in socio-economic vulnerability. The announcement sets no enrolment deadline.

In person or by representative? Mixed: in-person workshops in "community hubs" (local spaces lent for the purpose, per the dossier) and online tutoring. The source does not mention representatives; it is personal training and mentoring, so you take part yourself.

The Consulate of Colombia in Seville shared the announcement on 15 September 2026 and says independent bodies run the programme: the consulate only passes on the information. The announcement does not require any particular nationality; the Consulate of Colombia shares it for the Colombian community in its consular district. The form accepts a DNI, NIE or passport as ID.

Who it is for: women in socio-economic vulnerability: long-term unemployed women, single-mother families (a mother raising her children alone) or women who want to start a business. Residents of Cádiz province get priority. The dossier adds survivors of gender violence among the profiles and says the 18 women are selected in coordination with Social Services and women's centres; there is also an online enrolment form. The source does not explain how applications are ranked or say anything about legal status or work permits: ask DISMOV.

What it is in practice: a four-month path. Intensive workshops ("bootcamps") to design a social business model (with the Canvas method), learn ethical finance and prepare a commercial offer; personal mentoring; and a "social sandbox", a test bed where you sell and invoice your product or service on a small scale, with technical and legal cover from DISMOV and without yet setting up your own company (per the dossier). At the end, guidance to form a micro-cooperative or find a job.

Timetable (per the dossier): from 1 September to 31 December 2026. September: selection of the 18 women and initial assessment. October: workshops on business model, ethical finance and commercial offer. November: tests in the real market and first invoicing. December: closing, results and an individual roadmap towards the cooperative or a job. The announcement does not say in which towns the hubs are.

Cost and limits: the programme is free, according to the announcement. The source mentions no financial aid, wage or grant, does not promise a job or that your business will work, and does not say whether you will have to pay to travel to the hubs.

How to sign up: with the enrolment form, which asks for contact details, age and municipality of residence in the province and accepts a DNI, NIE or passport. On 29 September 2026 the form was still accepting responses. As the dossier puts the selection in September, ask soon whether places remain. Phone, email and website of DISMOV: on the consulate page, in the dossier (PDF) and at dismov.com.
