In short: the Pyme Digital programme of the Valencia Chamber of Commerce pays 60% of a digitalisation plan of up to €7,490 (at most €4,494), after a free diagnosis. It accepts individual autónomos, but in 2026 it required IAE registration before 1 January 2024 and €100,000 in turnover in the last year. It also excluded corporate and family-collaborator autónomos: it is not for people just starting. The 2026 call (27 February to 5 March, in lottery mode) is closed and the next one has not been announced.
In person or by representative? Online only, at the electronic office of the Valencia Chamber of Commerce, with a recognised electronic certificate. The applicant or their legal representative with sufficient power signs. No other channel is accepted.
Who could apply in 2026 (call in the National Grants Database (Base de Datos Nacional de Subvenciones), no. 889232)
- Small businesses and individuals with an economic activity, except corporate or family-collaborator autónomos.
- Continuous IAE registration in the activity before 1 January 2024.
- Minimum turnover of €100,000 in the last year (proven with the annual VAT return or another official document).
- Registered office or production site in a municipality of the Valencia Chamber of Commerce area; the National Grants Database places it in the province of Valencia.
- Up to date with the tax agency and Social Security.
- Excluded: communities of property, civil partnerships, non-profits, businesses selling digitalisation to others (IAE 845) and primary agricultural and fishing production.
- People who did the diagnosis after 31 December 2023 could not do it again, and people who received the aid in a call after that date could not receive it again.
What if you are a foreigner or have temporary protection? The call sets no nationality or permit-type requirement. The real barrier for recent arrivals is the IAE date and the turnover.
You pay first
- The diagnosis by the Chamber is free for the business.
- You pay the whole implementation plan: up to €7,000 of direct cost excluding VAT plus 7% of indirect costs, €7,490 in total. The EU aid (FEDER) covers 60%, up to €4,494, and arrives after you justify the investment within the set deadlines.
- You cannot hire suppliers linked to your business for the plan or include projects from your own activity. Solutions already paid for by the Kit Digital programme are not funded either.
- It is a lottery, not a guarantee. If there are more applications than money (€269,640 of aid in 2026, about 60 businesses), a lottery before a notary sets the order. One application per business.
- The maximum time to decide is 6 months from the call's publication.
What to do now, with the call closed
- The 2027 call has not been announced; the Valencia Chamber programme page says «Próximamente». In 2026 the summary was published in the Official Journal of the Generalitat Valenciana (DOGV) and the window lasted 5 working days, from 9:00 on the next working day to 14:00 on the fifth day.
- If you think you may meet the requirements next time, have ready the electronic certificate, last year's annual VAT return and the census status certificate from the tax agency. The required dates may change in the next call.

- Last year's annual VAT return or another official document proving turnover.
- If the Chamber asks: power of attorney of the signatory, certificates of being up to date with the tax agency and Social Security, and the census status certificate.
Steps
- Check your IAE registration date and your turnover for the last year.
- Get a recognised electronic certificate.
- Prepare the annual VAT return and Annex III.
- When the call is published, file a single application at the Chamber's office within the 5 working days.
- If you are admitted (or picked in the lottery, if there is one), do the diagnosis, pay for the plan and justify it to receive the 60%.
