The Colombian Consulate in Palma announced on 22 September 2026 five extended service days: 30 September, 8 and 14 October, 4 and 18 November. To book an appointment on one of them you must first pre-register with an online form. The consulate said that, for now, it opens only the agenda for 30 September.
What changes for you today
For regular appointments, nothing: the consulate releases them at 09:00 sharp on its booking page, since 24 August 2026. The steps are in the guide Colombian Consulate in Palma de Mallorca: appointment and extended days. If you want an appointment on one of the five extended days, you must first complete the pre-registration form linked on the consulate's notice.
What happened
On 22 September 2026 the consulate published the calendar of extended consular service days: 30 September, 8 and 14 October, 4 and 18 November. The number of appointments per day is limited. The notice does not say what hours each day has or which procedures are handled, so we cannot say.
How it works now
Regular appointment: since Monday 24 August 2026 it is released at 09:00 sharp on the consulate's booking page, according to its notice of 20 August. That notice says no more, and the consulate's help page adds that appointments are released Monday to Friday, for an appointment 8 days later.
What changes
- Regular appointment: booked on the booking page, at 09:00 sharp.
- Appointment on an extended day: booked through a pre-registration form, with a limited number of appointments per day.
- Calendar: five dates, the first on 30 September and the last on 18 November.
What happens next
30 September is the first day. For 8 and 14 October and 4 and 18 November, the consulate said on 22 September that for now it would open only the agenda for 30 September, and it gave no date for opening the others.
What you can do
- If you want one of the days: complete the pre-registration form linked on the consulate's notice, above all for 30 September. We could not check whether the form still accepts responses: confirm with the consulate (phone on its official page) whether places are still available, because the first day is 30 September.
- If you need another date: book a regular appointment (the steps are in the guide) or check the consulate's press room to see when the others open.
- Hours and procedures of each day: ask the consulate before going; phone and email are on its official page.
