On 2 October 2026 the consulate published the notice for the mobile consulate in Ibiza, from 20 to 23 October. It says it will handle these procedures: passport; permission for a minor to leave Colombia; signature recognition on a private document; sworn statement; certificates; birth registration; authentication of an ID photocopy; first-time or duplicate citizenship card (cédula); and life certificate.

People who live in Ibiza and need these procedures have to book an appointment at the Palma office, with the system explained in the guide linked above.
